Benefits of Digital Certificates

Certificates don’t get lost in the mail: As you know, with the rising costs of shipping these days and uncertainties of mail delivery, we have experienced over the years a large number of our certificates getting lost in the mail. Going digital will help us all to be much more efficient.

Misspelling of Student Names: With the growing number of international students and even though we have an online system to submit member certifications, we still have a lot of misspelled names which adds to the cost of reprinting, and shipping, etc. By going digital, these potential misspellings can be more quickly fixed and we can get the digital certificates back to you in a lot less time.

Improved Delivery Times: Certificates are sent to a professional third-party printer and the turnaround time varies. Sometimes this could be weeks or months depending on how many certifications we need in order to meet the printer’s order requirements. This adds to the time members and instructors must wait. By going digital, these lead times will be greatly reduced. We can potentially batch process within a 1-2 week timeframe and you will then receive it via email to be able to electronically sign and send it to your student or instructor. If any edits need to be made, we can do this more efficiently and in a very timely manner.

Print Yourself: We know many of you still love having a printed certificate to proudly display on your wall. Going digital allows you to easily print your own certificate. We will of course still use our beautiful certificate design you have grown accustomed to seeing so that you can still receive a high-quality printed version whether you print on your personal printer or send it to a professional one.
